Data deletion instructions

You can delete your PostPilot account and all data connected to it at any time.

Delete everything yourself

1. Log in at https://www.social.aio.co.tz/login.
2. Open Settings.
3. Under Delete account, enter your password and confirm.

This immediately deletes your profile, all connected social accounts and their access tokens, your posts, uploaded photos and videos, and usage records.

Remove only one social account

Go to Accounts and click the delete icon next to the account. Its access token is deleted immediately.

Remove access from Facebook or Instagram

On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites), find PostPilot and click Remove. This stops us from publishing to your pages. To also delete the data we stored, follow the steps above or contact us.

Ask us to delete your data

If you can't log in, email support@aio.co.tz from the email address on your account with the subject "Data deletion request". We will delete your data within 30 days and confirm by email.
